Keep your child at home if you can

Please help us to keep everyone safe by staying home from school if you can. The UK Government announced on 8th January 2021...

'Children with at least one parent or carer who is a critical worker can go to school or college if required, but parents and carers should keep their children at home if they can.'  See letter attached from Ian Peel, Director of Education for Derbyshire for more details.

We appreciate that home learning is very difficult for everyone (even us teachers!) but if you are at home, your child should be with you to be safe please.  This does not apply to vulnerable children.

Thank you to all the parents who are helping the national lockdown by doing this.  We appreciate all the wonderful work you are submitting to us on Tapestry (Early Years) and on Class Dojo.  Please be aware that schools have been asked to check which children are doing their home learning during this 3rd lockdown and we will have to contact parents if we do not recieve your work.

Thank you too to the teaching staff who are working extra hard with children in school and remote learning for those at home.  Please contact your teacher on Class Dojo for any help or advice at all, or email or call the school.  We are here for you!

take care and hope to see you soon.
